Daniel Hauser and His Mother, Colleen Hauser, Are Missing
May 20, 2009. Daniel Hauser and his mother, Colleen Hauser, are missing and targets of warrants because they did not appear at a hearing intended to continue forcing Daniel to follow the orders of conventional medical cancer doctors. Daniel was diagnosed with Hodgkins Lymphoma and has chosen to refuse chemotherapy and use natural holistic medical care and practitioners for his cancer. Read More.

Daniel Hauser, a 13 year old in Minnesota, should not be forced to receive chemotherapy against his wishes and the wishes of his parents!
May 12, 2009, Tuesday, final legal arguments were submitted in the case Re the Matter of the Welfare of the Child of Colleen and Anthony Hauser. The court must decide whether to honor the Hauser's freedom of choice or force a thirteen year old youth to undergo multiple rounds of chemotherapy against his and his parents’ wishes. Read More. |

Help Minnesota Family Choose Alternative Treatment for their Child
A Minnesota boy, Daniel Hauser, age 13, and his parents, are fighting for his right to avoid chemotherapy in his quest to regain his health. Daniel is suffering from Hodgkins Lymphoma, and he has already received one round of chemotherapy, and is now using alternative methods of healing. However, Brown County Family Services are seeking to force the child to receive multiple rounds of chemotherapy, and threatening to remove the child from the parents’ custody if necessary to ensure medical treatment is done. The United States Health Freedom Assembly increased its numbers and strengthened forces in its recent reconvening session, developing Action Plans that will provide guidance to leaders of the United States health freedom movement. 5/24/07 - NHFA Speaks Out on S1082/H1561 S.1082/H1561 is trying to launch what it would call the “Reagan-Udall Foundation” in Subtitle B of S1082/H1561. S1082 passed the Senate and is on its way to the House. If the House bill is not amended to exclude foods, dietary ingredients, and dietary supplements from the jurisdiction and purpose of this Foundation, foods, dietary ingredients, and dietary supplements could be forced to be treated like drugs when evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration.
