Introduction to Cal Banyan
Calvin D. Banyan holds a BS and MA in Psychology and is a NGH Board Certified Hypnotherapist, and Instructor who has been published in professional, scientific and consumer publications.
He is a strong advocate for individual rights, and believes that it is the individual, not the government who should have the final say in the decisions regarding their own health.
He is also the owner, along with his wife Maureen, of the Banyan Hypnosis Center for Training & Services, Inc. in Tustin, California (a California State Registered School). He has a strong background in marketing, writing, speaking and training. He is the author of three books, and has contributed to several others.
He has taught hundreds of students from across the United States and around the world.
He has received honors in the profession of hypnotism including: Certified Instructor of the Year (2002 & 2003), Educator of the Year (2003), Charles Tebbetts Award (2005). He received his FNGH (Fellow) in 2004 and was entered into the Order of Braid (2005). He is also a member of both the NGH Advisory Board and the Ethics Committee.

C.E.O. and Supervising Hypnotherapist at The Hypnosis Center, Inc., using 21 years experience as a Hypnotist (11 years full time), 14 years experience as a Psychotherapist, and 8 years as a Certified Instructor. Became a Board Certified Hypnotherapist on August 15, 2001.
Director of the Banyan Hypnosis Center for Training and Services, Inc. School of Hypnosis and Hypnotherapy (Was Minnesota State Licensed School, a California State Registered).
